Patrick and Elenor Sullivan started Root Cause Technology in Joliet because they were tired of watching small businesses get the runaround from technology vendors. Patrick spent years inside large organizations watching IT problems get patched instead of solved. Elenor spent hers watching small business websites built without strategy and abandoned within months.

They built Root Cause to do it differently. Both sides of your business technology under one roof. The principals on every project. Real accountability, not layers of handoffs.
