These terms govern your use of the website at rootcausetechnology.com (the "Site"), operated by Root Cause Technology ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. Any client engagement between Root Cause Technology and a client is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page.

The Site is informational. The pages, articles, case studies, and explanatory copy on the Site do not constitute IT, cybersecurity, compliance, legal, financial, or any other professional advice for your specific situation. Reading the Site does not create a consultant-client relationship. If you want a recommendation for your business, contact us and we will scope an engagement under a separate written agreement.
