Priced as a fixed-fee engagement based on the size and complexity of your environment, agreed before we start, not metered by the hour. 50% upon engagement start, 50% upon delivery.
- Fixed fee, agreed up front. No hourly clock. You know the number before you commit.
- Conducted by Patrick personally. The same person who diagnoses your environment is the one who walks you through the findings.

We agree on scope, set up read access to the systems we need to review, and schedule the working sessions. Conducted remotely, with on-site components for complex environments when needed.

Two to Three Weeks of Diagnosis
Patrick works through your infrastructure, access, vendors, and workflows. This is hands-on investigation, not a questionnaire. The findings come from looking at the actual environment.

Findings, Risk Report, and 90-Day Plan
You receive the written risk summary and a prioritized 90-day action plan, walked through live. From there, you can act on it yourself, hand it to your team, or engage us to do the work.
